文摘

Kallikrein-related peptidases are a family of 15 serine peptidases (KLK1-15).

They are dysregulated during cancer-progression and are useful biomarkers.

They regulate cancer cell growth, migration, invasion and chemo-resistance.

They modulate interactions between cell populations in the tumour microenvironment.

They are potent targets for drug development to counter-act cancer progression.
