Double perovskite oxide series La2−xSrxCuRuO6 is studied by neutron diffraction. Subtle composition driven structural transition in this series is established. Full structural data is determined using Rietveld refinement for the series. Low temperature and room temperature neutron diffraction data is presented. Absence of long range magnetic ordering is confirmed by neutron diffraction study.
