•: A new method to measure gas-to-liquid partitioning coefficients (K_AW) was developed.
•: The DynAb method does not assume equilibrium between the gas bubble and liquid.
•: K_AW is determined in less than 15 min with high reproducibility (RSD < 5%).
•: K_AW values for five odorous sulphides and aldehydes were determined.
•: Effect of temperature and ammonium sulphate concentration on K_AW was investigated.
