A strategy for the evaluation of an analytical approach for multi pesticides residue in complex agricultural products matrices were provided. The simultaneous extraction and determination of 49 representative pesticides. Four classical pretreatment methods were evaluated and compared. The use of UPLC–MS/MS–Qtrap made the determination result more satisfactory.
