Absorbed components of Xian-Ling-Gu-Bao capsule in serum were investigated. In vitro bioactivity evaluation of several absorbed components was accomplished. A UPLC–MS method for analysis of bioactive components was developed and validated. Pharmacokinetics parameters was obtained and used to evaluate therapeutic effects.
