Fe3O4/GO/Chitosan microspheres were prepared via an electrospray method. Fe3O4 confers magnetic properties to the microsphere. GO enhances the DOX loading capacity of the microsphere. Remote controlled DOX release was induced by NIR or Ultrasound irradiation.
