Electropolymerization of Trypan blue was studied at the surface of GCE. Poly-Trypan/GCE was developed for the simultaneous determination NA, AA, AC and Try. Modified electrode shows good sensitivity, detection limit and electrocatalytic activity. The modified electrode was used in biological samples without any pretreatment.
