文摘
A new chronology for the recession of an alpine glacier in south-central Alaska during the Latest Pleistocene. Geomorphology suggests a two-phase retreat initiating between 16.8 and 16.4 cal ka BP. Clast provenance allows for investigation into the interplay of two coalesced glacier lobes, and has implications for their style of retreat.
