•: Transfection of Noxo1 and Noxa1 induced O₂⁻ production in Caco-2 cells.
•: Coexpression of 尾Pix enhanced O₂⁻ production in resting and stimulated cells.
•: 尾Pix S340E further enhanced the production, while S340A eliminated the 尾Pix effect.
