文摘
Dibutyltin N-(5-chlorosalicylidene)-leucinate was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectra. Dibutyltin N-(5-chlorosalicylidene)-leucinate could insert into DNA base pairs to form a binary complex at physiological pH. The acting force between dibutyltin N-(5-chlorosalicylidene)-leucinate and DNA mainly included hydrophobic interactions. The viscosity of DNA was enhanced with increasing the concentrations of the dibutyltin N-(5-chlorosalicylidene)-leucinate. The interaction between dibutyltin N-(5-chlorosalicylidene)-leucinate and ctDNA might occur via intercalative mode.
