RVM fibrosis was observed in 14 subjects (23%) on CT (CTEPH 22%; PAH 29%). CT attenuation of RVM in late phase was greater in subjects with RVM fibrosis. CT attenuation of RVM in the late phase can detect RVM fibrosis in PH subjects. Best cutoff point was 99.5HU in the late phase to detect RVM fibrosis in PH.
