For Hamiltonian dynamical systems, the McLennan–Zubarev steady state distribution is derived from the nonequilibrium detailed balance relation. The fluctuation theorems for the entropy production and for the current are proved. It is shown that the nonequilibrium detailed balance relation is a key relation in this paper. The non-linear response for the current at the lowest order is derived.
