•: Effect of 75 ppm H₂O₂ against monogeneans in S. dumerili was investigated.
•: 75 ppm H₂O₂ for 30 min had contractive action against these monogeneans in vitro.
•: S. dumerili exposed to 75 ppm H₂O₂ for 6 h were not influenced at 25 °C.
•: This treatment had anthelmintic effect against N. girellae at 25 and 30 °C in vivo.
•: In field trial, the reduction rate of these parasites in the treated fish was 100%.
