Pre-fabricated (organic) spin valve devices formed. Immobilized MnPc and NiPc as spin-injection and spin-detection layers both. Copper phthalocyanine as the spacer layer in all-organic spin-valve devices. Electrical resistance was higher in the parallel configuration. Spin-flip process was facile in the tunneling regime.
