•: PAH degrading bacterium was isolated from a long-term PAH-metal mix polluted soil.
•: The strain was identified by 16S rRNA as Trabulsiella sp.
•: It degraded both LMW and HMW PAHs with high ‘k’ and low t_1/2’ kinetic values.
•: N-fixing and P-solubilization potential of the strain was confirmed and quantified.
•: The strain possessed tolerance to Cu > Pb > Cd > Zn.
