Policy durability is an important dimension for successful policy facilitation of SIC and CE. The policy is studied as a dynamic process of translation, allowing the analysis of durability. A progressively better fitness with the context was achieved, helping to create a durable policy. Conservative forces against policy undermining helped to create a durable policy. Materialization of policy ideas, serves both a material and a discursive aim; it thus contributes to a durable policy.
