Lactobacilli isolated from kimchi suppress Th2 cytokine production in vitro. Lactobacilli significantly inhibit Th2 responses in food allergy mice. Pro-inflammatory cytokine levels are lowered by administration of lactobacilli. CJLP133 and CJLP243 regulate mast cell infiltration in jejunum tissue. CJLP133 and CJLP243 adjust immune responses in food allergy mice.
