We develop queuing models for robotic mobile fulfillment systems with multi-line orders.

We formulate travel time expressions for realistic robot movement.

The models accurately estimate robot and picker utilization, and order cycle time.

Order throughput is insensitive to the length-to-width ratio of the storage area.

The location of the workstations affects order throughput.
