Pseudoalteromonas haloplanktis produces methylamine, a volatile compound active against Burkholderia cepacia complex strains
文摘
P.haloplanktis TAC125 is able to produce bioactive volatile compounds (VOCs). VOCs from P.haloplanktis TAC125 is active against Burkholderia cepacia (Bcc) complex. A suitable methodology for VOCs capture and accumulation was developed. VOCs capture identified methylamine as one of VOCs responsible for Bcc inhibition. MVIC against Bcc strains were determined in the range 10–30 mM at 20–30 mM.
