pH sensitive liposomes (contain OA, LA and CHEMS) were successfully prepared and characterized. ζ-potential, diameter and TEM data showed good stability of the PSLs under neutral conditions. Nano-DSC results showed cholesterol or CHEMS can stabilize the liposomes. All of the three liposomes had good pH sensitivity and CHEMS showed stronger pH-sensitive property.
