High performance flexible perovskite solar cells is prepared on flexible CPI substrate. PCS of the CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite solar cells on ITO/CPI substrate reaches 15.5%. 100 nm thick ITO film on CPI substrate showed a good mechanical flexibility.
