AcoD shown to have the least environmental impact across all categories, excluding human toxicity.

Increasing specific biogas production by 50 m3 shows GWP decrease by at least 2.5%.
•
Food waste sorting efficiency, carbon storage and other sensitivities are assessed.
•
Uncertainty analysis confirmed that co-digestion always had the smallest GWP.
