We study electron transport through a model magnetic single-molecular transistor.

A shuttle instability is predicted for spin polarized currents in a magnetic field.

Lower/upper critical fields are found to depend on the degree of spin polarization.

Prospects for detecting magnetic shuttling in C₆₀-based transistors are discussed.
