HSP70 participate in parturition through regulating apoptosis, inflammatory immune response and hormone stimulus. HSP70 stimulated estrogen response by regulating ESR2 through ERK1/2. HSP70 also contributed to preterm birth. No difference was found in the functions of HSPA1A and HSPA8 in these processes and pathways.
