The dense and homogeneous NiNPs on 3DGN were prepared by pulse-ECD method. The full-carbon hybrid nanoarchitecture of CNFs/3DGN was prepared by CVD method. CNFs/3DGN exhibited superior specific capacitance of EDLC.
