An electrochemical multiplex assay is presented for DNA quantification in samples. Double hybrisation grants high specificity for Roundup Ready® soybean (RRS). 3/33 samples were found to contain undeclared presence of RRS. qPCR (SYBR®) was used to verify results and a strong correlation was obtained. Unspecific amplification with qPCR led to RRS overestimation in 2 samples.
