Three different valence states cations doped KNN-based ceramics were prepared. Acceptor doping improved sintering and electrical properties. To obtain high mechanical quality factor, the divalent cation Cu2+ can be used. To obtain a high planer electromechanical coupling factor, the tetravalent cation Ge4+ can be utilized.
