Fabrication of ultra-high sensitive and selective CH4 room temperature gas sensing of TiO2 nanorods: Detailed study on the annealing temperature

Ultra-high sensitive RT CH4 gas sensing TiO2 was prepared by hydrothermal method.

TiO2 nanostructures were annealed at various temperatures.

M TiO2 nanoparticles transformed to nanorods after annealing at 700 °C.

The sensing properties are annealing temperature dependent.

Improved sensitivity to CH4 gas at RT was disclosed by 1.0 M-700 °C.
