On the effect of carbon content for achieving a high performing Na3V2(PO4)3/C nanocomposite as cathode for sodium-ion batteries

Na3V2(PO4)3/C nanocomposites are synthesized by varying their carbon content. Carbon contents close to 7% provide cycling stability. Good rate performances are achieved with content close to 11%. A full sodium-ion cell delivers an energy density of 320 W h kg− 1 at 2C.
