文摘
We analyzed the pan-genome of family Corynebacteriaceae. Gene loss has been the primary force causing genetic changes. Genetic changes mainly affected transporters, TCS, and amino acids metabolisms. HGT introduced not only the pathogenicity, but also the antimicrobial resistance. Dispersive HGT/gene loss caused the inconsistent of supermatrix and gene content phylogenies.
