Interactions of Trp with HTAB, TX-100 and their mixed micelles are described. Partitioning of Trp. in HTAB micelles is exclusively mechanized. Balance of hydrophobic and hydrophilic interaction results in small ΔHsaturation. Trp is partitioning in outer palisade layer of HTAB micelles. Diclofenac sodium partitions better in mixed micelles than individual.
