Graphene oxide (GO) based photodetectors were fabricated by a spray-coating method. GO wettability on the substrate can be controlled by ultraviolet ozone treatment. The current-voltage characteristics of GO-based photodetectors were presented. Time-dependent photoresponse properties of photodetectors were presented. The space charge limited conduction and tunneling mechanism were suggested.
