RhoA/ROCK/myosin localizes in the cleavage furrow, where germ plasm is segregated. Inhibition of RhoA causes the incorrect localization of vasa and nanos mRNAs. Inhibition of ROCK activity affected the distal localization of vasa and nanos mRNAs. Inhibition of RhoA/ROCK pathway disturbs the organization of microtubules. Inhibition of RhoA/ROCK pathway affects primordial germ cells determination.
