We have characterized novel CT complex using various spectral techniques. The physical parameters were calculated using Benesi-Hildebrand equation. The ESI-mass technique was used to ascertained the stability of the CT complex The crystalline nature of the CT complex was obtained using the powder-XRD analysis. Thermal fragmentation of the CT complex was also ascertained by TGA-DTA analysis.
