Near-infrared electrochemiluminesence biosensor for high sensitive detection of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus based on cyclodextrin-grafted porous Au/PtAu nanotube

We firstly prepared porous PtAu bimetallic heterojunction nanotubes-cyclodextrin nano-composites for synergetic signal amplification. Developing a near–infrared electrochemiluminesence immunosensor for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus. The sensitive detection limit (∼10.8 pg/mL) was increased by two orders of magnitude than fluorometry. 5.1-fold signal enhancement caused by porous PtAu bimetallic heterojunction nanotubes and cyclodextrin-adamantane.
