The composition of circulating Tfh cells is altered in psoriasis. The Tfh17 cell subset may be a biomarker for evaluating the severity of psoriasis. The frequency of Tfh17 cells decreased gradually during the follow-up period. IL-21R expression on B cells is elevated in patients with psoriasis.
