The differential expressions of glycosyltransferases in 415 gastric cancer samples and 35 normal samples were revealed. Using a bioinformatics approach combined with immunohistochemistry analysis. POFUT1-positive was associated with higher T and N classification as well as poor differentiation in gastric cancer. POFUT1 is identified as a potential biomarker in gastric cancer.
