Ag NPs/long-wavelength carbon dots (Ag-LCDs) hybrids are successfully fabricated. The photoluminescence intensity of LCD are effectively improved. The white LED devices fabricated by the Ag-LCDs films and GaN chip. The excellent optical performances enable them the promising potentials in LED.
