Perceptual Assimilation Model's predictions were mostly confirmed. No significant correlation was found between production and perception. Poor discrimination of English /ʌ-ɒ/, /ɑ-ʌ/, /ʊ-u/ and /ɑ-ɒ/ pairs was observed.
