Differentiation grade is important predictor in sinonasal neuroendocrine carcinoma. Tumor staging is of limited value in these tumors. Well and moderately differentiated tumors perform significantly better. Surgery should be the cornerstone of any curative treatment. Postoperative radiotherapy should supplement in poorly differentiated subtypes.
