Irrigation water productivity (IWP) increased from 0.51 to 1.29 kg/m3 during 1981–2012. Spatial distribution of IWP in dry, average and wet year was roughly similar. IWP was high in the plain oasis, low in the mountainous and desert oasis regions. Irrigation, fertilization and agricultural film were dominant impact factors of IWP.
