Integrated proteomics and bioinformatics approach was established to profile the interaction of components with proteins. MAPK/ERK1/2, CaMKII and VIM played an essential role in the protective effect of SMXZF. It might provide a promising paradigm for target identification and elucidating the mechanism of natural products.
