Cys-MWCNTs were used as effective matrix, loading on great amount of AgNps. A novel non-enzymatic O2 − sensor was fabricated based on AgNPs/Cys-MWCNTs/GCE The O2 − sensor exhibited a super low detection limit of 2.33×10-11 M. It was used to measure the release of O2 − from living cells directly.
