NiCrAlCoY-Al coatings were fabricated on Ti-6Al-4V substrate. Gradient composite structure was formed after mechanical alloying treatment. The high-temperature oxidation resistance of the coating was investigated. The oxidation process of the coating at evaluated temperature was elucidated.
