The studied chemostat model includes the stochastic perturbation and seasonal fluctuation.

A modified break-even concentration is given, which can determine whether microorganism will persist or not.

In case of persistence, existence of the random positive periodic solution is proved.

Under some mild extra condition, the random periodic solution is globally attractive.
