Acellular intima xenografts (AIX) were prepared from tunica intima of porcine thoracic aorta. In vitro study showed AIX has good hemostatic property, cell biocompatibility. Animal test showed AIX has great histocompatibility, and it could promote angiogenesis in the healing process, thus accelerating the healing comprehensively.
