Triol inhibits TNF-α-induced expression of VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 in RBMECs. Triol suppresses adhesion of neutrophil to TNF-α-activated RBMECs. Triol inhibits TNF-α-induced degradation of IκBα and phosphorylation of NF-κBp65. Triol reverses TNF-α-induced down-expression of CYLD at immediate early 15min.
