Acute agonist exposure promotes the translocation of membranous ß1-AR to endosomes. Two barcodes, mediate ß1-AR sorting from endosomes to the plasma membrane. SNX27 mediates endosomal sorting of the type-1 PDZ barcode of the ß1-AR. FAM21 and FKBP15 are involved in sorting the phospho-Ser312 barcode. Sequential barcode sorting, mediates endosome to membrane trafficking of the ß1-AR.
