Multi-layered graphene on Si/SiO2 was irradiated by series of nanosecond laser pulses. A regime to local nondestructively change electrical properties of graphene was found. Structures with spatially modified electron work function of graphene were created. Removal of water adsorbate from graphene-Si02 interface is discussed as the mechanism.
