We propose a workflow centric network architecture for teleradiology applications.

Subspecialty, response time and workload parameters are improved for assignments.

Solution gives better results for workflow efficiency compared to manual assignment.

Architecture was tested in 52 sites and 3.35 million inspections were processed.
